About Eloralintide
Eloralintide is a synthetic, acylated analogue of amylin, also known by the code LY3841136. Researchers searching for it may use terms such as amylin analogue or amylin receptor agonist.
Its 37-amino-acid chain ends in a C-terminal amide, and a methylene thioacetal bridge replaces the disulfide bridge of native amylin. A C20 fatty diacid is attached through two gamma-glutamyl residues to the lysine at position 26. The reference values are molecular formula C201H319N49O65S2 and molecular weight 4526 g/mol.
It is supplied as lyophilized powder in a single sealed vial, 10 mg. Store at −20 °C, protected from light.
A certificate of analysis is published for each lot. This material is for in vitro laboratory research use only.
